We are delighted to announce that the long-awaited Waiting Room feature is now available in Lessonspace! With this new addition, the Lobby has been upgraded into an advanced waiting room. As a Leader of the Space (tutor), you can now manually admit students and guests into your Spaces, creating a more organized and secure learning environment. Enabling Waiting Room on Lessonspace

Join Space with Email

Did you know that you can enable students to join your sessions using their email addresses? This feature allows them to log in to their Lessonspace accounts and conveniently access all their sessions, recordings, and Spaces. By enabling this option, students can easily stay organized and engaged.

Invite Others

By default, the "Invite Others" button is disabled for students, and we strongly recommend keeping it this way. While students may have good intentions, they may inadvertently share the Space link with their peers, resulting in unauthorized participants joining the session. The Waiting Room feature serves as an effective safeguard in such cases, preventing unintended access and maintaining the integrity of your online classroom.
